Method · Discretion · Rigour

Four stages, one standard

Every situation is unique; our method never varies. Four stages, applied to measure, with the same rigour every time.

The Four Eyes Principle

An important decision always deserves a second look

Two eyes are never enough for a decision that commits an estate, a company or a future.

The member's perspective

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked most often

We do not set a public threshold. The decisive question is not the amount but the complexity: a situation involving several jurisdictions, several generations or the sale of a company justifies our involvement far more surely than a figure. In any case, every assignment is preceded by an analysis: before any commitment, we make sure we can bring real value.

Never. Our role is not to replace specialists, but to bring them together, give them a common direction and ensure that each decision is carried out with the same rigour that gave rise to it. We work with your existing advisers when they suit you, and only suggest others if a competence is missing.

An ally never joins a project because they happen to be available. They join because we know them and their rigour has already been proven, often over several years. Our allies are chosen for their relevance to each situation, never on the basis of an agreement that would bind us to your detriment.

It depends entirely on its nature. Opening a banking relationship abroad takes weeks; the sale of a company or a wealth reorganisation takes months. But while a project ends, the relationship continues: most of ours are measured in years.

No, and we never will. No names, no testimonials, no logos. Every situation is handled with the confidentiality it deserves: what is entrusted to us stays with us. Putting it on display would contradict precisely what our members come to us for.
